Key Responsibilities
- Own the engineering roadmap across AI, web, and data, with full stack expertise.
- Architect production-grade agentic AI systems using LangChain & LangGraph
- Lead Voice AI — conversational agents, STT/TTS, real-time pipelines
- Design large-scale data pipelines with Kafka, Airflow & Spark
- Oversee full-stack development — React/Next.js + Node.js/Python backends
- Drive LLM fine-tuning, model evaluation & MLOps strategy
- Build and scale a high-performance engineering org
- Represent engineering in board, investor & client conversations
Must-Have
- Python (Expert), Java (Strong), Node.js — true polyglot
- LangChain & LangGraph — mandatory, not a plus
- Hands-on Voice AI: Whisper/Deepgram, TTS, real-time voice
- Data pipeline engineering: Kafka, Airflow/Prefect, batch & streaming
- Cloud architecture — AWS, GCP, or Azure
- 3–6 years in a senior leadership role (Director / VP / CTO)
Good to Have
- LLM fine-tuning, RAG pipelines, vector databases
- MLOps / LLMOps experience
- Kubernetes / Docker, Spark / Flink
- FastAPI / Django
