Team Lead in Tele Sales is a professional who sells products or services over the phone (and sometimes via email or messaging apps). This role is common in industries like banking, insurance, e-commerce, education, and telecom.

Work from office
Job Location : West mardepally, Secunderabad
Mon to Sat/ 10 to 7pm
Key Responsibilities
- Calling potential or existing customers to promote products/services
- Explaining product features and benefits clearly
- Handling customer questions and objections
- Closing sales deals over calls
- Maintaining customer records and updating CRM systems
- Following up with leads or previous customers
- Achieving sales targets set by the company
- Handling the team of callers
Required Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good listening ability
- Basic computer knowledge (CRM tools, Excel, etc.)
- Ability to handle rejection and pressure
- Confidence and a positive attitude
