Job Description:
Financial Planning and Analysis: Preparation of financial models, budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking
Strategic Decision Support: Analysing cost structures and providing recommendations to improve profit margins.
Cash-flow and risk management: Monitoring Cash flows periodically and manage risks
Reporting and Compliance: Ensuring timely periodic book closure and get the same audited for the subsidiaries under scope
Laison with the JV partners teams: To be in regular touch with the business developments and monitoring closure of action points from time to time
Vising the JV’s and subsidiaries frequently for reviews: Involves travelling to multiple countries and reviews with the JV partners and subsidiary teams.
- Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modelling and scenario planning using MS Excel and ERP software – SAP
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to interpret data trends to influence company strategy
- Communication: Presenting complex financial findings to non-finance stakeholders.
CA / CWA / MBA from tier-1/2 colleges with about 8-12 years of work experience, of which the latest four years must be in multinational business organizations preferably operating in manufacturing, sales and marketing environments, more preferably in pharmaceuticals.
