Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries related to international travel and provide expert guidance throughout the booking process.
Create customized international holiday packages and travel itineraries based on clients' interests, budgets, and travel preferences.
Handle end-to-end flight ticketing operations, including bookings, modifications, cancellations, reissuance, and refunds.
Manage post-booking support for holiday packages and air tickets, ensuring a smooth travel experience for customers.
Prepare competitive quotations and recommend cost-effective travel solutions without compromising on quality.
Deliver excellent customer service through timely communication, regular follow-ups, and efficient query resolution.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, destination management companies , and travel partners to ensure seamless travel arrangements.
Stay updated with airline policies, visa requirements, and destination information to provide accurate travel advice.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 1 year of experience in international travel consulting, holiday planning, or travel operations.
Good knowledge of international destinations, customized tour packages, airfare concepts, and ticketing procedures.
Ability to independently design detailed, well-planned, and appealing travel itineraries.
Strong communication, interpersonal, sales, and customer relationship management skills.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.

Educational Qualification

Graduation in any stream is mandatory.
Candidates with a BTTM or an MBA in Tourism & Hospitality Management will be preferred.
