Job Title: Sales Manager – Industrial Services
Department: Sales
Location: Mahape / Andheri
Salary: Up to ₹5 LPA
Day Shift with Sunday fixed off
Shift Time-9.30am to 6pm
Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for driving business growth by acquiring new
clients in the manufacturing sector, promoting industrial service offerings, and
building strong relationships with key stakeholders. The role requires a target-driven
individual with strong industry connections and field sales experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and generate new business from manufacturing companies
- Build and maintain relationships with Maintenance Managers, Plant Heads,
and Purchase Teams
- Promote services such as industrial electronics repair, refurbishment, and on-
site field support
- Conduct regular client visits and sales meetings
- Identify service opportunities in UPS systems, industrial automation, and
control systems
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with internal technical teams for solution alignment
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and provide regular progress reports.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in industrial/B2B sales
- Strong network within manufacturing companies
- Good understanding of the Mumbai & Pune manufacturing ecosystem
- Willingness to travel extensively for field sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skillsSelf-driven and target-oriented
Preferred Background:
- Experience in selling industrial services, AMC/CMC contracts, or
- electronics/automation repair solutions
- Exposure to industries such as Manufacturing, Automotive, Pharma, or Engineering
- Hustler mindset
- Street-smart and relationship-driven
- Ability to open doors quickly through existing contacts.
