Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales role located in Lucknow. The Sales professional will focus on managing client relationships, driving customer engagement, achieving sales targets, and delivering tailored financial solutions. Daily responsibilities include acquiring and onboarding new clients, providing exceptional customer service, conducting product training, and managing the sales lifecycle with a focus on business growth and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively interact with clients and meet their needs.
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management to achieve business targets and drive revenue growth.
- Ability to conduct Training sessions to enhance client understanding and product knowledge.
- Results-driven, with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
- Familiarity with financial markets and products is a plus.
