Job Title: Operations Assistant - Doctor Account Management
Location: Sector 47, Gurgaon, Haryana
Job Type: Full-time Experience: 1-4 years (Freshers can apply)
Job Summary: We are looking for a Doctor Account Management executive to manage and enhance relationships with doctors on our platform. The ideal candidate will act as a key point of contact for doctors, ensuring seamless onboarding, engagement, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for doctors and healthcare providers on our platform.
Onboard new doctors, ensuring they understand and utilize all platform features effectively. Advise them about DocIndia service through structured discussions.
Maintain strong relationships with doctors through regular communication and support.
Address and resolve any concerns, issues, or inquiries from healthcare professionals.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to improve doctor engagement and satisfaction.
Analyze doctor performance metrics and provide insights to enhance their digital presence.
Ensure high retention rates by providing proactive account support and engagement strategies.
Requirements & Skills:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any field (Healthcare, Business, or Communication preferred).
Exp: 2+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or healthcare relations.
Communication Skills: English, Hindi & other regional languages is a bonus.
Strong understanding of the healthcare ecosystem, digital platforms, doctor-patient engagement.
Sales acumen with strong communication skills. Ability to multitask
Tech Skills: Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel, and healthcare platforms is a plus.
Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-centric mindset.
