Job Description: Operations Assistant (Patient Care Services)
📍 Location: Sector 47, Gurugram
🕒 Type: Full-time
💼 Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 (For candidates with 1-2 years of experience)
DocIndia.org is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Assistant (Appointment Handling) to support our mission of revolutionizing digital healthcare accessibility in India. This role is ideal for candidates looking to build a career in healthcare operations, patient coordination, and digital health services.
🔹Key Responsibilities
1. Appointment & Patient Management (60%)
- Manage daily appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
- Handle patient inquiries via calls, WhatsApp & CRM tools.
- Maintain real-time updates to ensure smooth consultation workflows.
2. Project & Process Support (10%)
- Assist in execution of project tasks, documentation, and coordination.
- Support process improvement initiatives for operational efficiency.
3. Operational Issue Resolution (5%)
- Identify workflow gaps, delays, or bottlenecks.
- Report/escalate issues to the reporting manager and suggest improvements.
4. Coordination & Communication (25%)
- Liaise with doctors, clinics, and internal teams for seamless operations.
- Maintain accurate communication records and follow-up reports.
- Contribute to improving patient experience and service standards.
✅ Candidate Requirements
- Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Basic computer knowledge: Excel, WhatsApp Web, CRM tools
- Good analytical & problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail & proactive approach
- Ability to remain calm and professional while dealing with patients
- (Bonus): Experience or interest in healthcare/medical domain
