Job Title: Nursery Trained Teacher (NTT)
Location: Bellandur
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month
Job Summary:
We are looking for a passionate and nurturing Nursery Trained Teacher to join our early childhood education team. The ideal candidate should be skilled in handling young learners and creating a safe, engaging, and stimulating classroom environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and implement age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children
- Develop basic skills such as communication, motor skills, and social interaction
- Monitor and assess students’ progress regularly
- Maintain classroom discipline with patience and care
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding child development
- Organize creative activities like storytelling, art & craft, and play-based learning
- Ensure safety and hygiene standards are maintained in the classroom
Requirements
Requirements:
- Diploma or certification in Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) / Early Childhood Education
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a preschool or nursery setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and a caring attitude towards children
- Basic knowledge of child psychology and development
Preferred Skills:
- Ability to engage children through interactive teaching methods
- Strong classroom management skills
- Knowledge of phonics and early learning techniques
- Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)
