We’re Hiring: Billing Analyst (Workday Experience Required)
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with internal stakeholders to accurately generate client invoices based on complex contracts and services
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of invoices by identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Compile, analyze, and present billing and accounting data in a clear and concise manner
- Investigate and resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and discrepancies in a timely manner
- Build strong relationships with internal teams, vendors, and clients across all levels
- Provide guidance to junior team members and independently manage escalations
- Drive process improvements and participate in special projects
- Deliver consistently high-quality client service
- Apply sound judgment to advise on accounting impacts and billing workflows
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience (accounting or professional services preferred)
- Mandatory: Experience with Workday
- Hands-on experience with billing and accounting systems
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint)
- Ability to manage priorities independently and contribute to process improvements
- Willingness to travel (~5%)
