We are expanding our team and seeking experienced US IT Recruiters to join our office in Madhapur, Hyderabad. This is an onsite position for professionals who are motivated by performance and growth.
🔹 Bench Sales Recruiter
- Experience: 3–5 Years
- Requirements:
- Strong experience in marketing IT consultants and working with prime vendors
- Hands-on experience handling C2C requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
🔹 US IT Recruiter (W2 Recruiting)
- Experience: 2–5 Years
🔹 Requirements:
- End-to-end experience in US IT recruitment.
- Solid understanding of tax terms (W2, 1099) and work visas (H1B, GC, USC, OPT, etc.)
- Strong sourcing skills using Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
