Job Title: Manager – Strategic Alliances
Location: Noida
Role Overview
The incumbent will drive business development and solutioning initiatives for API and White Label (WL) clients. The role requires ownership of partner acquisition, solution positioning, revenue growth, and strategic expansion initiatives, including airport experience offerings. The individual will work cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution, client success, and sustained commercial growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development (API & WL)
Identify, evaluate, and onboard new API and White Label partners.
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective partners.
Lead commercial discussions, negotiate terms, and close deals aligned with company objectives.
2. Solutioning & Client Engagement
Design and position customized API/WL solutions based on client requirements.
Work closely with clients to understand business models and propose scalable integration strategies.
Support pre-sales discussions including product demos, solution walkthroughs, and commercial alignment.
3. Partner Onboarding & Revenue Enablement
Support structured partner onboarding, ensuring timely API integration and go-live.
Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities across flights, hotels, ancillaries, and airport services.
Monitor partner performance metrics and drive initiatives to enhance transaction volumes and profitability.
Maintain strong relationship management to ensure retention and business growth.
4. Go-To-Market (GTM) Execution
Assist in developing and executing go-to-market strategies for API/WL products.
Support solution positioning, competitive benchmarking, and value proposition articulation.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams for targeted campaigns and launches.
5. Strategic Initiatives – Airport Experiences
Support the development and expansion of airport experience offerings.
Identify partnership opportunities within airport ecosystems.
Contribute to solution structuring and commercial models for new initiatives.
Drive execution through cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of API integrations and White Label business models (preferably in travel/OTA ecosystem)
Proven experience in business development and solution sales
Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
Ability to translate technical capabilities into business value propositions
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional coordination skills
Analytical mindset with revenue growth orientation
Strong communication and presentation skills
Preferred Experience
5–8+ years of experience in travel technology, OTA, API distribution, or B2B platform businesses
