Role Description
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Co-CEO to lead and drive the company's growth and strategic goals. This is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram. The Co-CEO will spearhead business strategy, oversee financial operations, manage the organization's operational and sales efforts, and foster partnerships to expand the company’s market presence. This position requires active leadership in cross-functional teams, strategic decision-making, and ensuring alignment with the company’s mission and long-term objectives.

Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Finance, and insight into financial management that ensures organizational growth and sustainability
- Proven experience in Operations Management with an emphasis on optimizing processes and ensuring efficiency
- Skilled in Business Planning with the ability to develop and execute short-term and long-term strategies
- Proficiency in Sales and Strategic Planning, focusing on driving revenue and capturing new markets while aligning with business goals
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams
- Experience in the fintech industry or digital payments sector is highly desirable
- An MBA or advanced degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to handle high-pressure situations and make data-driven decisions
- Strong communication skills and a track record of building and managing strategic partnerships
