Job Description
Assist to design, develop and implement organization wide TM & OD strategies aligned with the business/organization goals.
- Assist to assess periodically the organizational needs and gaps in skills, knowledge and competencies to develop targeted capability enhancement programs.
- Collaborate with businesses and plants to ensure the implementation and completion of Performance Management System.
- Ensure delivery of upskilling and reskilling modules, workshops and learning initiatives to enhance employee capabilities and performance.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the Hetero group.
- Collaborate to develop and manage leadership development programs to prepare high-potential employees for future leadership roles.
- Implement succession planning processes to ensure a pipeline of qualified leaders.
- Coordinate the performance management process, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
- Lead and support with initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention, including surveys, feedback mechanisms, and action planning.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills coupled with the ability to effectively influence and engage with others
