Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a versatile professional with opportunities available for PM (Project Manager), ID (Interior Designer), and SE (Site Engineer) positions. The role is based in Gurugram and requires daily involvement in overseeing projects, ensuring timelines are met, managing resources, supervising on-site activities, coordinating with stakeholders, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Depending on the specific position, responsibilities may include creating designs, project planning, inspections, logistics handling, and expediting processes.
Qualifications
- Project Management and Expediting skills for planning, overseeing, and ensuring timely execution of projects.
- Expertise in Inspection and quality control to maintain design integrity and adherence to safety standards.
- Proficiency in Logistics Management for resource planning, material procurement, and on-time project delivery.
- Ability to effectively coordinate and communicate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.
- Experience in the interior design or construction industry is highly preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or related field is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
