Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an AI Developer specializing in Agentic AI, MCP, and Crew AI, based in Bangalore, with some flexibility for remote work. The AI Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AI solutions. This includes creating and training machine learning models, focusing on neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and pattern recognition. Day-to-day tasks involve reviewing requirements, coding, testing, and optimizing AI-driven applications, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams for end-to-end project delivery.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Computer Science and Software Development
- Proficiency in Pattern Recognition and Neural Networks
- Expertise in Natural Language Processing (NLP) and related AI technologies
- Experience implementing and optimizing machine learning models
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively
- Familiarity with AI frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field
- Prior experience in developing Agentic AI, MCP, and Crew AI solutions is highly desirable
