Job Description – AGM (Learning & Development)
Position: Assistant General Manager (AGM) – Learning & Development

Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented AGM – Learning & Development to lead and manage organizational learning initiatives. The role involves handling end-to-end L&D operations, collaborating with business units and stakeholders to identify training needs, developing impactful learning programs, and driving measurable learning outcomes aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and oversee overall Learning & Development operations across the organization.
Coordinate with business units and department heads to identify training and development needs.
Design, develop, and deliver effective learning modules and training programs.
Ensure smooth execution of induction, behavioral, technical, leadership, and functional training initiatives.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for training planning and implementation.
Track, analyze, and maintain learning metrics, training effectiveness, and employee development data.
Measure training outcomes and ensure ROI on training programs delivered.
Develop learning strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce capability enhancement.
Monitor training calendars, budgets, vendor coordination, and compliance-related learning activities.
Drive employee engagement through continuous learning and development initiatives.
Prepare periodic reports and dashboards related to training effectiveness and learning progress.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong expertise in Learning & Development operations.
Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
Experience in training need identification and competency mapping.
Strong presentation, facilitation, and communication skills.
Ability to analyze learning metrics and evaluate training ROI.
Knowledge of LMS platforms and modern learning methodologies is preferred.
Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in HR or relevant specialization.
Certification in Learning & Development / Training Management will be an added advantage
Manufacturing Industry Preferrable
