Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate TGT (Trained Graduate Teacher) in English to join our educational institution in Siruguppa, Bellary, Karnataka. This role is vital in shaping young minds by delivering high-quality English language instruction that fosters communication skills, critical thinking, and academic excellence. The ideal candidate will be committed to student development, curriculum delivery, and creating an engaging classroom environment that promotes learning and inclusivity.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver structured and interactive English language lessons aligned with the curriculum.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that support student learning and academic growth.
- Assess student performance through regular tests, assignments, and feedback.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and creativity.
- Collaborate with colleagues on academic planning, extracurricular activities, and school events.
- Provide individualized support to students to address learning gaps and improve outcomes.
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and attendance.
Requirements
Requirements:
- Master’s degree in English (MA) or equivalent.
- B.Ed. qualification in Education (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level.
- Strong command of spoken and written English.
- Proven ability to manage classrooms and deliver engaging instruction.
- Familiarity with curriculum standards and assessment practices.
- Willingness to reside on-site or in provided accommodation.
