Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Accountant role for a chartered accountant firm, located in Gurugram with a CTC of 5 lakhs. The Accountant will be responsible for managing the daily accounting functions, compliance with regulatory requirements, preparing financial reports, handling audits, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders. The role will also focus on maintaining accurate records and supporting the firm's financial operations within a CA firm environment.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax compliance.
- Proficiency in advanced accounting software and tools, including Tally and MS Excel.
- Experience with audits, general ledger maintenance, and preparing balance sheets.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills related to financial data, reconciliations, and reporting.
- Ability to work efficiently in a CA firm environment with excellent organizational skills.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or relevant experience in a CA firm.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Knowledge of industry trends, compliance regulations, and auditing standards is a plus.
