Job Title: Executive Assistant to Managing Director (MD)

Job Summary
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director (MD) in day-to-day operations. The role requires strong coordination skills, flexibility to travel, and the ability to represent the MD in professional matters when required.
Key Responsibilities
· Executive Support:
Manage the MD’s calendar, meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
· Communication Management:
Act as a point of contact between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
· Travel & Coordination:
Be open to travel frequently across company locations for business requirements.
· Representation Role:
Work on behalf of the MD for meetings, follow-ups, and coordination when required.
· Documentation & Reporting:
Prepare reports, presentations, MOM (Minutes of Meeting), and maintain confidential records.
· Follow-ups & Execution:
Track tasks assigned by the MD and ensure timely execution across departments.
· Operational Support:
Assist in business operations, coordination with teams, and handling ad-hoc responsibilities.
· Confidentiality:
Handle sensitive information with integrity and discretion.
Eligibility Criteria
· Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred)
· 0–3 years of experience in Executive Assistant / Coordinator / Admin role
· Strong communication skills (verbal & written)
· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

· Excellent organizational and multitasking ability

· Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines
· High level of confidentiality and reliability
Additional Requirements
· Must be open to travel frequently
