Role Overview
We are looking for an energetic and field-oriented professional for warehouse sourcing, market development, landlord coordination, and industrial client support across Hyderabad logistics zones.
This is a field-intensive role requiring regular site visits, networking, and market coordination.
Key Responsibilities
• Conduct field visits across warehouse and industrial locations
• Source warehouse properties and maintain inventory database
• Meet landlords, brokers, transporters, and local market contacts
• Coordinate site inspections with clients
• Generate leads through field networking and relationship building
• Share site updates, photographs, and basic market reports
• Support leasing transactions and closure coordination
Preferred Candidate Profile
✔ Good communication and negotiation skills
✔ Comfortable with extensive field work across Hyderabad
✔ Experience in real estate, logistics, B2B sales, or field marketing preferred
✔ Knowledge of Hyderabad industrial belts is an added advantage
✔ Candidate with own bike preferred
✔ Self-driven and target-oriented attitude
Working Format
• 70–80% field work
• Daily site visits and landlord meetings
• Weekly reporting and coordination with management
• Flexible and growth-oriented work environment
• Direct exposure to large warehouse and industrial leasing transactions
