Job Overview
We are seeking a competent and reliable Customer Service Representative (CSR) / Export–Import Executive to manage customer coordination and shipment-related operations. This role requires strong communication skills, operational discipline, and the ability to work with both Indian and international clients. The position is based in Vaishali, Delhi NCR, and requires an immediate joiner.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries via email and phone in a professional and timely manner
- Coordinate with internal operations teams, shipping lines, agents, and transporters
- Track import and export shipments and provide accurate status updates to clients
- Prepare, verify, and follow up on shipping documentation (BL, Invoice, DO, etc.)
- Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution
- Maintain systematic records of shipments and communications
- Follow up on pending documents, payments, and deliveries
- Ensure smooth coordination between clients and internal teams
Eligibility
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Prior experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or export–import operations preferred
Key Skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi)
- Strong coordination and follow-up abilities
- Knowledge of shipping documentation (BL, Invoice, DO, etc.)
- Customer handling and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Email, and basic ERP/Logistics software
- Strong time management and attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and pressure
