We are looking for a dynamic Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in bulk hiring to manage high-volume recruitment requirements. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews to ensure timely closures.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end bulk hiring for multiple roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen profiles and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate with hiring managers and schedule interviews.
- Maintain candidate data and track recruitment progress.
Requirements:
- 1–3 years of recruitment experience, preferably in bulk hiring.
- Strong sourcing skills using Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to meet high hiring targets and deadlines.
