Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Executive Assistant with 5+ years of experience
supporting senior leadership. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, possess excellent
communication skills, and be capable of managing complex schedules, coordinating high-level
meetings, and handling confidential information with professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including calendar
management, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
• Act as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
• Manage scheduling of meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action
items.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and ensure sensitive matters are managed
appropriately.
• Coordinate logistics for board meetings, conferences, and leadership offsites.
• Draft, review, and manage professional communications, reports, and presentations.
• Track priorities, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure smooth business operations.
• Support project management activities and assist in executive decision-making by providing
timely information.
• Build strong working relationships across teams and with external partners.
• Maintain an organized filing system (digital and physical) and ensure documentation
accuracy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and collaboration tools
(Zoom, Teams, Google Workspace, etc.).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and anticipate executive needs.
• High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
• Experience handling executive-level interactions and high-pressure situations.
Good to Have:
• Prior experience in supporting C-suite executives.
• Exposure to international travel coordination and global time zone scheduling.
• Familiarity with expense reporting tools and CRM/ERP systems.
