Hiring for an Engineering Team Lead.The company is a leading 'Agentic AI' healthcare platform specializing in end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) automation. The platform utilizes patented AI bots and NLP to automate claims processing, denial management, and payer communication without compromising sensitive patient data.
Responsibilities
- Define the end-to-end roadmap for agent capabilities, the Orchestrator Hub, and analytics dashboards, establishing measurable success metrics such as AR reduction, Clean Claim Rates, and Staff Workload Reduction.
- Conduct deep discovery sessions with RCM directors and medical billers to understand real-world workflows and translate them into detailed product requirements.
- Write precise PRDs that define confidence scoring requirements and delineate human-intervention points when AI agents encounter complex scenarios.
- Lead agile sprint planning and grooming sessions with a focus on rapid shipping, ensuring every feature's adoption and accuracy is diligently tracked.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts with QA, compliance (HIPAA/HITRUST), and customer success to ensure high-reliability releases and robust market engagement through QBRs and sales support.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Python.
- 3–8 years of Product Management experience, with at least 2 years focused on AI/ML or high-automation products.
- Deep understanding of LLMs, agentic workflows, training data requirements, and the balancing of AI "hallucination risks" with the need for zero-error performance in healthcare.
- Proven experience in managing complex integrations within B2B enterprise environments and navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to define, track, and defend product success metrics using data and dashboards.
- Excellent communication skills to conduct product discovery and articulate technical requirements across teams.
