Job SummaryWe are hiring an experienced Engineering Services Senior Analyst with expertise in Project Planning, Scheduling, Project Controls, Risk Management, and Cost Control for Power Utility, EPC, Transmission & Distribution, and Power Generation projects. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience with Primavera P6, MS Project, project cost management, and stakeholder coordination.

Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6 and MS Project.
- Monitor project progress, identify schedule deviations, and recommend corrective actions.
- Perform Critical Path Analysis and support schedule recovery plans.
- Prepare project budgets, forecasts, cost estimates, and variance reports.
- Track CAPEX/OPEX and ensure effective project cost control.
- Maintain project risk registers and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Finance, and Project teams.
- Prepare KPI dashboards, MIS reports, and project performance reports.
- Conduct Earned Value Analysis (EVA) to measure project performance.
- Ensure compliance with utility standards, regulatory requirements, and project governance.
Preferred Profile- BE/B.Tech in Electrical Engineering (Mandatory)
- 5–15 years of experience in Power Utility, EPC, Transmission & Distribution, or Power Generation projects
- Strong analytical, planning, stakeholder management, and communication skills
- PMP, Primavera P6, Risk Management, or Cost Control certifications are an added advantage
