Hiring: Engineering Intelligence Scout (Mechanical / Manufacturing)

Most engineering software is sold by people who’ve never worked inside real engineering teams.
We’re building a ground-level engineering intelligence network — engineers who enter manufacturing environments to listen, not sell.
This is NOT sales.
This is deep observation.
You will:
• Trace design flow (Concept → Production)
• Observe breakdowns in CAD reuse, ECR/ECO, BOM accuracy, documentation
• Decode real engineering pain before any PLM conversation begins
• Capture what engineers actually say when things fail
We’re looking for:
MTech / SRF / JRF (Mechanical / Manufacturing / Design / CAD-CAM)
Curious. Technically credible. Insight-driven.
You will never pitch software.
Your only job: Listen. Observe. Decode.
