The Role
We are hiring
Electrical Engineers across multiple levels to support projects in the hydrocarbons, energy and chemicals sectors. These roles are based in
Andheri, Navi Mumbai and Pune, with opportunities aligned to experience, technical capability and project requirements.
This recruitment is part of an
invite‑only hiring drive scheduled for
Saturday, 28 March 2026, at our Andheri office. Interviews will be conducted
only for pre‑screened candidates who receive a formal invitation from our Talent Acquisition team.
Roles will be offered at Engineer, Senior or Lead level, depending on experience and skills.
Compensation and grade will be aligned accordingly. Opportunities may be offered as permanent or fixed‑term positions.
What You’ll Do
Depending on your experience and role level, you will:
- deliver electrical engineering design for projects, working closely with other disciplines, customers and vendors
- prepare load lists, equipment lists and electrical calculations including equipment sizing, voltage drop, lighting, earthing and cable sizing calculations
- develop electrical concepts, single line diagrams, schematics, cable schedules and interconnection drawings
- prepare design basis documents, specifications, data sheets and material requisitions
- support technical bid evaluations and review vendor documentation
- coordinate with designers and check drawings for quality and interface consistency
- maintain design documentation in line with project and quality requirements
- support or supervise engineers and designers, where applicable
- follow safe working practices and applicable health and safety procedures
- in a lead role/ senior role, ensure all necessary inputs are provided to the project control and reporting system, including participation in review meetings, maintaining weekly progress reports for the discipline, coordinating with the project planning engineer on productivity, budget and discipline progress planning. Take ownership Oversee and guide team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality output within the allocated budget and timeline. Support in preparation of proposals, presentation on lessons learned, suggestions for value engineering and support in development / standardization within discipline.
About You
To be considered for this role it is envisaged you will possess the following attributes:
- a degree in electrical engineering (B.E. or B.Tech)
- 7 to 16 years of relevant electrical design experience in hydrocarbons, energy or chemicals projects
- familiarity with standards such as IS, IEC, BS and OISD
- experience with electrical system software such as ETAP or SPEL (an advantage)
- a collaborative approach, attention to detail and a focus on quality delivery
