🚀 We’re Hiring | Data Warehouse Analyst – (Banking Domain)
📍 Location: Ghansoli (Work from Office)
🕒 Shift: General Shift
We are looking for an experienced Data Warehouse Leader to drive a large-scale Data Warehouse Renewal Project within the Corporate Banking domain.
🔹 Role Overview:
As a Vice President, you will lead end-to-end data mapping, migration, and transformation initiatives, while managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders across business, IT, and vendors.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead planning & execution of as-is / to-be data mapping activities
✔ Manage data migration & DWH renewal projects
✔ Drive stakeholder alignment (Business, IT, Vendors)
✔ Oversee requirement gathering, gap analysis & documentation (BRD/FRD)
✔ Ensure quality control, risk management & delivery timelines
✔ Mentor and lead a team of analysts
🔹 Must-Have Experience:
✅ 10–15 years in Data Warehouse / Data Mart projects
✅ Strong Banking / BFSI domain (Corporate Banking preferred)
✅ Expertise in Data Mapping, Migration, ETL & DWH Renewal
✅ Proven project management & stakeholder leadership experience
🔹 Preferred Skills:
⭐ Experience in system renewal / legacy migration projects
⭐ Strong analytical, communication & leadership skills
⭐ Ability to drive ownership and deliver high-quality outcomes
