Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad for a Customer Support & IndiaMART Executive. The role involves managing customer inquiries, ensuring customer satisfaction, and providing online and technical support via IndiaMART and other digital platforms. The selected candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, address and resolve issues, assist with product-related queries, and support the sales and marketing team in managing customer accounts effectively.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Customer Support and Customer Service
- Experience in managing Customer Satisfaction and resolving customer queries
- Proficiency in Online Support and navigating platforms like IndiaMART
- Ability to provide clear and efficient Technical Support
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive problem-solving and team collaboration capabilities
- Proficiency in using basic computer applications and CRM tools
- Prior experience in B2B customer relations is an advantage
