Hiring Counselor cum Rector for a school in Maharashtra
Location:kopargoa/shirdi
salary range:25k to 50k
Benefits:single person shared accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Provide academic and emotional counseling to students to support their personal and educational development.
- Maintain student records and monitor attendance, behavior, and performance.
- Serve as a point of contact for parents, addressing concerns and facilitating communication.
- Assist in organizing school events, assemblies, and extracurricular activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Education, Social Work, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in counseling, student welfare, or school administration.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a compassionate approach.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with attention to detail and discretion.
- Familiarity with school operations and student behavior management.
- Willingness to reside in provided shared accommodation and use school canteen facilities.
