Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Hiring Counselor/Tellecaller, located in Gwalior. The role involves providing counseling to potential candidates, building relationships with clients and job seekers, and maintaining regular communication through phone calls, emails, and follow-ups. The Hiring Counselor/Tellecaller will conduct screening interviews, provide guidance on career opportunities, assist with job placements, and promote relevant training programs. The role also includes maintaining candidate databases and collaborating with team members to achieve recruitment goals.
Qualifications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to conduct effective telephonic conversations and engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to identify and match candidates' skills with client requirements, along with knowledge of recruitment and counseling techniques.
- Data management and organizational skills, including maintaining detailed and accurate records of candidate interactions.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to collaborate effectively in a dynamic team environment.
- Bachelor's degree in any field is preferred; experience in recruitment or counseling is an advantage.
