Hiring: Senior Content Strategist & Writer (IT / SaaS / Software Industry)
We are looking for a highly strategic yet hands-on content professional who can both PLAN and WRITE high-performing content for Google Search & AI Models (LLMs).
This role is not just about managing strategy decks or content calendars. We need someone who can deeply research, strategically plan, personally write high-quality content, optimize existing content, and help us build strong topical authority globally.
📍 Key Responsibilities:
✔ Analyze competitors’ content strategies across Google, AI Overviews & AI Models.
✔ Build winning content strategies for Landing Pages, Service Pages & Blogs.
✔ Personally write high-quality SEO-focused blogs, landing pages & service pages.
✔ Create EEAT-focused, human-first content that ranks well organically.
✔ Write content optimized for both users and AI-driven search experiences.
✔ Perform deep R&D on what topics to target, why to target & how they support topical authority.
✔ Optimize underperforming content through audits, updates, internal linking & SEO improvements.
✔ Plan and execute content strategies that drive rankings, traffic, engagement & lead generation.
✔ Execute A/B testing for headlines, messaging & conversion-focused content improvements.
✔ Maintain content calendars and mentor/manage a team of writers
✔ Collaborate with SEO & marketing teams to improve overall content performance.
✔ Understand B2B buyer psychology, enterprise audiences & solution-led writing.
✔ Ensure content is genuinely human-written, insightful & experience-driven — not generic AI-generated content.
🎯 Required Skills & Experience:
✔ Strong experience in IT / Software / SaaS content writing & strategy.
✔ Proven track record of scaling rankings, organic traffic & inbound leads through content.
✔ Expertise in SEO, topical authority, EEAT & AI-search-ready content strategy.
✔ Strong long-form writing capability with excellent storytelling & structure.
✔ Experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, GA4, Search Console & similar SEO tools.
✔ Ability to strategize, write, review, optimize & execute content end-to-end.
✔ Strong understanding of organic growth metrics & content performance analysis.
