Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Manager/Center Manager at an Aesthetic Clinic located in Mumbai / Delhi / Kolkata / Bangalore / Hyderabad/ Gurugram.
The individual will oversee daily operations, manage clinic staff, ensure excellent customer service, handle budgeting and financial tasks, and maintain adherence to medical and safety protocols. Responsibilities also include coordinating staff training programs, addressing client concerns, implementing operational improvements, and ensuring the clinic meets business goals.
Qualifications
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills for effectively managing client relationships and addressing concerns
- Proficiency in Budgeting and financial management to oversee clinic operations effectively
- Knowledge of Medicine and aesthetic clinic procedures to ensure adherence to medical standards
- Experience in Training staff to improve skills and ensure consistent service quality
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
- Familiarity with industry regulations and safety standards
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
