We are looking for a proactive and client-oriented professional to join our real estate team as a Client Site Visit & Development Coordinator. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, managing on-site operations, and contributing to the growth of premium real estate projects.
You will play a key role in handling client site visits, coordinating development activities, and ensuring a seamless experience from inquiry to execution.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
Manage and assist in client site visits, property presentations, and registrations
Clearly explain project details, investment benefits, and development progress to clients
Build strong client relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction
Coordinate efficiently with the Delhi Sales Team for smooth visit planning
Monitor and report site development progress to management
Assign and oversee tasks for on-ground development teams
Represent the company professionally and build trust with clients
✅ Requirements
Experience in real estate or client handling roles preferred
Good knowledge of Jaipur and surrounding areas
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks (client visits + site coordination)
Self-driven, responsible, and result-oriented mindset
