Ikigai Schools of Performing Arts is looking for a dynamic and responsible Business Development Executive who can also manage day-to-day operations at our Noida branch.
📍 Location: Noida
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and drive admissions & enrollments
- Handle 70% field sales and 30% tele-calling
- Manage daily branch operations and coordination
- Counsel students/parents and convert inquiries
- Plan and execute local marketing activities
- Coordinate with faculty and ensure smooth class operations
- Maintain records, follow-ups, and reporting
🔹 Requirements:
- Strong communication and convincing skills
- Experience in sales / education / ed-tech preferred
- Ability to handle both sales + operations
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and responsible
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel / CRM tools
