We’re looking for a Business Development Executive who’s confident with outreach, relationship-building, and client communication.
We want someone genuinely curious about how creative businesses find and win clients.
In this role, you’ll connect with potential clients, research markets, manage CRM pipelines, and help us grow through partnerships and social media outreach.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys conversations, understands client psychology, and can turn cold outreach into meaningful business opportunities.
We’re also looking for candidates who are well-versed with modern AI platforms and tools, and can use them effectively to improve communication, research, outreach, and productivity.
Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and cold outreach via Email and LinkedIn
- Market research and building targeted prospect lists
- Managing and updating CRM data
- Supporting social media outreach and partnership conversations
- Assisting in pitch decks, proposals, and client presentations
- Using AI tools/platforms to streamline workflows, research, and communication
What We’re Looking For:
- 2-3 years of experience in Business Development or a similar role preferred.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Comfortable with LinkedIn, email tools, and CRM platforms
- Familiarity with AI platforms/tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar
- Curious about how businesses grow and acquire clients
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Familiarity with the design or creative industry is a must.
