ROLE OVERVIEW:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating business opportunities, conducting outreach, managing sales conversations, and supporting deal closures across multiple service verticals.
This role requires a strong combination of communication skills, sales mindset, relationship building, consistency, and execution ability.
This is not a passive coordination role. We are looking for someone who can take ownership of pipeline generation and actively contribute towards revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and connect with potential clients through:
- LinkedIn
- Cold Calling
- Email Outreach
- WhatsApp Outreach
- Referrals
- Networking
- Online platforms and databases
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Research companies, founders, and decision-makers before outreach
- Generate leads across multiple industries and service categories
Client Communication & Sales
- Conduct discovery calls with potential clients
- Understand client pain points, business challenges, and requirements
- Present company services and solutions effectively
- Pitch digital marketing, website development, staffing, branding, and consulting services
- Handle objections professionally and confidently
- Follow up consistently with prospects until closure
- Coordinate with internal teams for proposal creation and solution discussions
Revenue & Conversion Responsibility
- Work towards monthly lead generation and revenue targets
- Convert qualified leads into paying clients
- Maintain healthy conversion ratios and pipeline movement
- Support upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable
CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of all outreach and client communication in CRM
- Track:
- Leads generated
- Meetings scheduled
- Follow-ups
- Conversion status
- Revenue pipeline
- Prepare daily and weekly activity reports
- Ensure timely updates and documentation
Market Research & Strategy
- Identify new market opportunities and business trends
- Analyze competitor positioning and pricing
- Suggest improvements in outreach strategy and sales approach
- Support management with business growth ideas and expansion opportunities
