We are expanding our team and have the following openings:
1. US IT Bench Sales Recruiter
Experience: 1–2.5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Market bench consultants to clients and implementation partners.
- Build and maintain vendor/client relationships.
- Submit consultant profiles, coordinate interviews, negotiate rates, and close placements.
- Follow up with consultants and maintain daily reports.
2. OPT Recruiter
Experience: 1–2.5 Years
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit OPT/CPT candidates for US IT requirements.
- Screen candidates, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding.
- Build a strong pipeline through job portals, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Maintain candidate relationships and achieve recruitment targets.
Requirements
- 1–2.5 years of relevant experience in the respective role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good understanding of the US IT staffing process.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
