We're Hiring – US IT Bench Sales Recruiter & OPT Recruiter
📍 Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad
💼 Work Mode: Onsite (Work from Office)
🎯 Experience: 1–2.5 Years
📅 Interview Mode: Face-to-Face (Mandatory)
We're expanding our team and are hiring for the following positions:
1️⃣ US IT Bench Sales RecruiterResponsibilities:
- Market W2 consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and vendors.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- Identify suitable contract opportunities for consultants.
- Negotiate rates and coordinate interviews.
- Follow up until project closure and consultant onboarding.
- Maintain accurate marketing reports and consultant records.
Requirements:
- 1–2.5 years of experience in US IT Bench Sales.
- Strong vendor and implementation partner network.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Good understanding of US staffing and recruitment processes.
2️⃣ OPT RecruiterResponsibilities:
- Recruit candidates on OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD, Green Card (GC), GC EAD, and U.S. Citizen (USC) work authorizations.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.
- Screen candidates and coordinate interviews.
- Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment databases.
- Build long-term relationships with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements:
- 1–2.5 years of experience in OPT/US IT Recruitment.
- Experience hiring candidates on OPT, STEM OPT, H4 EAD, GC, GC EAD, and USC.
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
