Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Banda for a Hiring Specialist. The Hiring Specialist will oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, creating job descriptions, conducting interviews, and managing candidate experience. Additionally, the role involves developing and maintaining a strong candidate pool while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and talent acquisition skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
- Strong organizational and time management skills for managing multiple hiring processes effectively
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
- Basic understanding of employment laws and recruitment practices
- Proficient in using recruitment and applicant tracking software
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
- Prior experience in recruiting roles or HR functions preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
