Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Hiring role located in Ahmedabad. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. The hiring professional will collaborate closely with hiring managers to identify staffing needs, craft job descriptions, and ensure a smooth hiring experience for prospective employees. Additionally, the role includes maintaining recruitment records and analyzing hiring metrics to improve processes.
Qualifications
- Experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and interviewing techniques
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage applicant tracking systems and recruitment databases
- Knowledge of labor laws and hiring compliance standards
- Ability to create compelling job descriptions and manage employer branding
- Analytical skills to measure recruitment outcomes and identify areas for improvement
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in the automotive or manufacturing industry is a plus
