Employee Relations & Conflict Resolution

  • Resolve complex employee relations issues across LATAM, including terminations, grievances, and cultural integration challenges.
  • Collaborate with legal and compliance teams to manage labour cases (e.g., Panama labour lawsuit) ensuring accurate documentation and adherence to regulations.

Policy Implementation & Compliance Support

  • Ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies in collaboration with Country HR teams and compliance partners.
  • Manage employee documentation, expat visa processing, and payroll inputs by coordinating with legal and finance departments.

HR Data Reporting & Metrics Tracking

  • Maintain and publish monthly dashboards on headcount, attrition, cost, and hiring for Corporate HR and Chairman Office.
  • Support HR audits and senior leadership reviews by providing consolidated HR data from all LATAM countries.

Compensation & Benefits Management

  • Ensure compensation and benefits packages are competitive and aligned with market standards in the LATAM region.
  • Conduct compensation benchmarking studies targeting at least 90% market competitiveness for critical roles.
  • Review and optimize local benefit programs to improve employee satisfaction.
  • Implement flexible benefits to address diverse workforce needs across LATAM.

Compliance & HR Policy Standardization

  • Audit and update HR policies to ensure 100% compliance with country-specific labour regulations.
  • Standardize and harmonize HR policies across LATAM, permitting localized adjustments.
  • Conduct quarterly compliance training for HR teams and managers.

HR Operations & Process Efficiency

  • Streamline HR operations to enhance employee experience and operational efficiency.
  • Drive automation of HR processes (leave, attendance, onboarding) using Darwinbox to reduce manual interventions.
  • Improve HR service delivery by reducing employee query resolution timelines.
  • Conduct regular HR audits to improve workflow efficiency across LATAM.

HR Analytics & Data-driven Decision Making

  • Develop HR dashboards to track key metrics including turnover, absenteeism, and employee engagement.
  • Use analytics insights to identify workforce trends and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare quarterly HR metric reports highlighting business impact for leadership review.

Language Proficiency - Spanish and English
