Role Description
Amity University is hiring a full-time Assistant Professor specializing in Information Technology or Computer Science for an on-site position at the Ranchi campus. The role involves delivering high-quality lectures, mentoring students, conducting research, and participating in curriculum development. The faculty member will also work collaboratively on academic initiatives, contribute to departmental responsibilities, and stay current with advancements in IT and CS domains to enhance the learning experience.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Information Technology and Computer Science
- Proficiency in Analytical Skills and knowledge of Cybersecurity
- Experience and creativity in Curriculum Development
- Strong research credentials and a commitment to advancing academic excellence
- Completion, submission, or active pursuit of a PhD in IT, CS, or a related field
- Effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an academic environment
- Prior teaching experience or industry experience in a related field is a strong plus
