Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Professor in Computer Science/Information Technology based at Amity University's Hyderabad campus. The role involves developing and delivering high-quality curriculum, engaging in impactful research, mentoring students, and contributing to the academic community. Additional responsibilities include designing course materials, assessing student progress, and participating in departmental activities.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Computer Science and strong foundational knowledge of key technological concepts and principles.
- Proficiency in Curriculum Development for modern and industry-relevant educational programs.
- Specialized skills and experience in areas such as Data Science and Cybersecurity.
- Hands-on experience in Programming with a strong ability to guide students in practical applications.
- Excellent teaching, mentoring, and communication skills catering to diverse learners.
- A Ph.D. in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Research experience with a proven record of publications in reputed journals.
- Commitment to fostering an engaging, inclusive, and collaborative learning environment.
