🚀 Hiring: Assistant Manager – International Sales & Marketing (Business Development)
📍 Location: Sanand GIDC
🕒 Experience: 5+ Years
📅 Working Days: 6 Days a Week
⏰ Timing: 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM
🌍 About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven professional to join our Sales & Marketing team as an Assistant Manager – International Sales & Marketing (BD).
This role is heavily focused on global business development, with 80% KRA dedicated to acquiring new international clients and expanding market presence.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Drive international lead generation and new business acquisition
- Manage end-to-end international B2B sales cycle independently
- Build and maintain strong relationships with global clients
- Handle day-to-day client communication and reporting
- Execute sales strategies for both existing and new customers
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research
- Prepare sales & marketing reports for leadership insights
- Coordinate internally with production, logistics, and other departments
- Manage order processing, tracking, and ERP execution
- Address customer concerns and ensure high satisfaction levels
- Travel internationally for business development when required
🧠 Required Skills & Expertise
- Strong command over English communication (spoken & written)
- Experience in International Sales / Inside Sales / Business Analysis
- Knowledge of Export-Import operations
- Proficiency in MS Office (Advanced Level)
- Excellent negotiation & convincing skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Effective presentation and reporting skills

- Graduate / Postgraduate (any relevant field)
