Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an AR Caller based in Chennai. The AR Caller will be responsible for contacting insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims and resolve issues that delay payments. The individual will analyze accounts, identify discrepancies, document findings, and communicate effectively with insurance representatives and internal teams to secure reimbursements and resolve account discrepancies efficiently. This role demands excellent negotiation and analytical skills to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of outstanding payments.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in claims follow-up, account analysis, and resolution of accounts receivable issues with insurance companies.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to liaise effectively with insurance representatives and internal teams.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills for identifying and resolving discrepancies in account statements.
- Knowledge of insurance claims documentation, processes, and healthcare reimbursement models.
- Familiarity with medical billing software and electronic health records (EHR) systems is an advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment in Chennai.
- Previous experience in AR calling, healthcare, or insurance-related roles is preferred.
- Graduate or equivalent educational qualification is required.
