Role Description
Amity University is seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Professor in Computer Science (PhD Thesis Submitted) for a full-time, on-site position at our Hyderabad campus. Responsibilities include designing and delivering high-quality, research-led teaching for undergraduate and postgraduate computer science programs, developing and enhancing course curricula, mentoring students, conducting innovative research, and contributing to the university's academic and professional engagements.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Computer Science fundamentals and advanced topics.
- Knowledge and experience in Curriculum Development to design and improve academic programs.
- Specialization in Data Science and Cybersecurity, including relevant theoretical and practical aspects.
- Proficiency in diverse Programming languages and frameworks relevant to computer science education.
- PhD in Computer Science or a related area (PhD thesis submitted).
- Demonstrated teaching and research experience, with a focus on scholarly publications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students and colleagues.
- Commitment to staying updated with emerging technologies and trends in the field.
