Hiring Alert | Field Sales Junior Executive – Delhi NCR

Lateral ProStaff is hiring Field Sales Junior Executives for a fast-growing B2B Quick Commerce company dealing in Industrial, MRO, Office & Technical Supplies.

Location: Delhi NCR (On-Field / Territory Based)

Experience: 1 – 3 Years

Department: Sales & Business Development

Requirement: Own Bike & Valid Driving License

Preferred Industry Background:

Candidates with field sales experience from industries such as:

• Automotive & Garage Ecosystem (Bosch, Castrol, Denso, etc.)

• Industrial & MRO Products (3M, Pidilite, Stanley, etc.)

• Power Tools & Hardware (Makita, Dewalt, Bosch Power Tools)

• Office Supplies & Corporate Accounts (Kores, Camlin, Luxor etc.)

• Warehousing, Packaging & Logistics Solutions

• Safety & PPE Products (Honeywell, Karam, Uvex etc.)

Key Responsibilities:

• Field sales and customer acquisition in assigned territory

• Visiting garages, workshops, factories, warehouses, and corporate offices

• Building strong relationships with workshop owners, factory managers & procurement teams

• Presenting and selling industrial tools, lubricants, safety products & consumables

• Achieving monthly sales targets and maintaining CRM reporting

Salary: ₹3 LPA – ₹5 LPA + Incentives + Fuel Allowance
