We are looking for a highly experienced AI Systems Architect / Lead AI Engineer who can design, build, and deliver a complete AI automation platform end-to-end.
This role is for someone who can own the full system — from architecture and development to automation workflows and production deployment.
📍 Location: Chennai (Onsite)
What You Will Build
You will lead the creation of a production-grade Conversational AI & Automation Platform, including:
• LLM orchestration & RAG pipelines
• AI agents and intelligent automation workflows
• Real-time Voice AI systems (STT → LLM → TTS)
• Telephony integrations (e.g., Twilio, Exotel, SIP)
• Scalable multi-tenant SaaS backend architecture
• AI-driven lead automation & workflow orchestration
• Cloud deployment, monitoring, and system scalability
What You Will Own
• End-to-end AI system architecture
• Development of LLM-based automation systems
• Designing scalable AI infrastructure
• Integrating APIs, data pipelines, and automation engines
• Leading technical implementation from concept → production
• Guiding and mentoring developers when needed
Ideal Profile
✔ 7+ years experience in backend / platform engineering
✔ Experience building production AI systems or AI SaaS platforms
✔ Hands-on experience with LLMs, AI agents, or RAG pipelines
✔ Strong expertise in Python / Node.js and modern backend architecture
✔ Experience deploying systems on AWS / GCP / Azure
✔ Strong system design and problem-solving mindset
✔ Ability to independently deliver complex AI systems end-to-end
